Proposal
We tell you what to build, what it costs and when it will be delivered. A fixed-price quote, in writing.

Build
We start with a 50% deposit. You see real progress throughout the project and we adjust it with you.

Launch
We hand it over working, show you how to use it and you pay the remaining 50%. Includes 30 days of support.
FAQ
What everyone asks before reaching out.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need: a website isn't the same as a system with an admin panel and automations. Tell us about your case and we'll send you a fixed-price quote, in writing, free and with no commitment. The price we agree on is the price you pay.
How long does it take?
As a reference, a website takes 2 to 4 weeks and a custom system 1 to 3 months. The exact date goes in your quote, based on what we're building.
How does payment work?
50% up front to get started and 50% on delivery, once you've seen it working.
Do I own it?
Yes. The code, the domain and your business data are yours. If you ever want to work with someone else, you take all of it with you.
Is my data, and my customers' data, safe?
Yes. We build security in from the start, not as an afterthought. Everyone signs in with their own account and only sees what they need to, passwords are stored encrypted, accounts lock after several failed sign-in attempts and forms block bots and spam. Your data is also backed up automatically every day, so a mistake or an outage doesn't cost you anything. Before handing anything over, we review the security of every system. Your data is yours: we don't use it or share it.
What if something breaks after launch?
You get 30 days of support included to fix any issue and make adjustments. After that, you can keep us on a monthly maintenance plan if you want; it's optional.
Will I pay monthly fees?
Not to us, unless you choose the maintenance plan. What can have a cost is the service your system runs on and the domain; we tell you how much in the quote, and many small projects fit in free plans.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You explain your business in your own words; we handle the technical side and show you how to use what we build.
Do you work with clients outside Mexico?
Yes. We're based in Nuevo León, Mexico, within an hour of US Central Time, and we work remotely in English or Spanish. Everything can be done over video calls and email.
